Because we sell research-grade compounds, all sales are final. We can't accept returns on opened or handled products — that's the nature of what we sell. But if something goes wrong on our end, we take full responsibility and fix it fast.

Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product speed up your claim significantly. Keep the original packaging too — don't throw anything away.

We investigate and respond within 24 hours
Our team reviews every claim personally and responds within 24 hours on business days. We may ask for additional documentation.

Valid claims get reshipped or credited
Approved claims receive a replacement shipment or store credit. We'll always give you the options clearly — no surprises.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in account suspension and recovery of associated costs.

Can I return a product I no longer need?
No. All sales are final. Due to the research-only nature of our compounds, we cannot accept returns for any reason other than damage, defect, or incorrect shipment.
What if I ordered the wrong product by mistake?
Contact us within 1 hour of placing your order and we can cancel and refund it before it ships. After that window, the order enters processing and cannot be changed.
How long does it take to resolve a claim?
We respond to all claims within 24 hours on business days. Most are resolved the same day. Approved replacements ship same day if the claim is confirmed before 2 PM MST.
Will I get a replacement or store credit?
For valid claims we offer a replacement shipment or store credit. We'll communicate your options clearly — no guessing games.
